Melissa... I just found your videos last night and let me say thank you! I laughed so hard and it was therapeutic. I lost one of my fur babies 2 weeks ago and I have been depressed. I absolutely love your videos. You mention being a part of the Radke membership and I was wondering where do i find that along with your Thursday show with your husband. Thank you again

-1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts*, drained and chopped (optional🤢)

-3 green onions, chopped (optional)

Directions:

1. Knorr’s states the spinach should be cooked, cooled and squeezed dry.🙄 I choose to put the frozen block in a colander and run hot water onto it while I am completing the other steps.

2. Combined mayonnaise and sour cream in dish and mix until there are no lumps.

3. Add Knorr mix to the mayonnaise and sour cream mixture. Stir until contents of envelope

are evenly distributed thru mixture.

4. Chop the green onions and water chestnuts*. Add to mayonnaise and sour cream mixture and stir.

5. Squeeze or press spinach with hands until most of the water is gone. Add spinach to mixture and stir until mixture is evenly distributed thru/over spinach.

6. Place 5ish heaping tablespoons of dip into a coffee cup and set aside.

7. Cover dish and place in fridge for 2 hours until chilled.

8. While dip is chilling take coffee cup and box of favorite crackers, sit in your comfy spot and stream your current movie or tv series while inhaling your crackers and dip.

Warning: There is a high likelihood that you will make many trips to the fridge to refill your coffee cup to sample the dip to make sure it is chilling at the proper speed.

Tip: Due to the warning ya might wanna make a double batch so your guests attending will have the ability to sample said dip.

*By not adding nasty water chestnuts your prep time will be shorter and hence forth you will be able to get the dip in your tummy in a timely manner.
