Hey friend,
This past week, I spoke with three different women in three different cities… and you know what struck me?
Not one of them was struggling with the same thing.
One was trying to forgive a sister-in-law who’d betrayed her.
One hadn’t talked to her best friend since their kids left for college.
And one quietly whispered, “I love my husband… but I don’t know how to like him right now.”
Same faith. Same Bible.
But very different burdens.
So, I’m coming to you today—not with another devotional or another list of things to fix—but with a question:
What would you want to talk about, if it was just you and me, no judgment, no pretense, just real talk?
Would you take 20 seconds and let me know?
Thank you so much! Everything I do is in an effort to benefit you and help you grow and succeed! I believe in you. And I adore you.
All the love,
Melissa
P.S. If what you are dealing with in this season was not one of the options above, would please leave me a comment or reply and let me know what we would be discussing over coffee.
I’d probably talk about raising a difficult child. My youngest of 4 kids is very challenging. Most days, I feel like I’m parenting her poorly.
On the other hand, my oldest is a senior and that feels so heavy.
And finally, perimenopause is very coffee talk worthy.
I really wanted to pick two. Marriage and friendship.
