I have a new obsession. GREEK FOOD. I’m not sure I’d call it a new obsession because I have loved it for a very long time but I am now starting to cook it and y’all, I cannot get enough. Where is the feta? Give me all the feta?? Do not be one of those people that only eats chicken tenders and mac and cheese. Please! I cannot explain to you how much you are missing out on.
I love it when I get on to a new kick with food ! It makes me want to cook, which is a good thing as I don't usually like cooking. So, my family loves it too. Poor things, they'll eat anything, I mean anything, I make and be happy for it. Your recipes sound great!
Chicken thighs and wedged potatos into crock pot. Mix Olive oil, lots of garlic, white wine, oregano, lemon juice, salt and pepper and pour over the chicken and potatoes. Cook for 6 hrs. When ready to eat plate it up and top with crumbed feta.
OMGoodness, if you like good Greek food, you have to check out Eddie's Gyro and Pizza in Lumberton. You wouldn't expect it in East Texas, but it is so good.
