I just absolutely love you! I stumbled across you on FB, and have been hooked ever since! I love the humor you bring every day, being so real and direct. You, my gal pal, have helped me in my deepest depression days to smile…. So glad to have found this and look forward to the 1, sometimes 2, and even while on your thyroid meds, 3 times a week. (I’ve had a thyroidectomy twice now, so I totally get that statement). Yes, complete removal of my thyroid X’s 2….lol. You’re my spirit sister….thanks love! ❤️

I can tell you from personal experience, I've had VSG (vertical sleeve surgery), lost 100 lbs. and gained back all but 20 lbs. I looked pretty decent and felt great for 3 years and then slowly started gaining again, thinking I was invincible because my nutritionist made the mistake of telling me my stomach would never stretch back to the size it used to be. Worst thing he could've said to me! I feel like a complete failure.
If your head's not in the right place it just doesn't work. I'm 51 yrs old and a "Nana" to 3 beautiful granddaughters; I want to be around to see them grow. I just have to find a way that works for me to cut my codependency on food. I'll pray for you if you'll pray for me!😃💗
I love what you do!!! Im going through a really tough time in my life and things are changing but not the way i had thought they would. I have metastatic breast cancer and my world has changed so much BUT i enjoy what you do. I think you are honest and quite frankly hysterical and i need that in my life. Thanks for being real!!! I look forward to all of your material. My sister looks great in a bathing suit sooooo maybe this is just for me😉😂
I am a new follower and a fellow Lufkin, moved from Michigan and boy was it a change!! We moved when our 3rd child was 1 month old!! And since then i have had one problem after another health wise!! Gallbladder removed, particial hysterectomy, and just had my first colonoscopy last week! And doing all of this while slowly renovating our home, taking care of 3 kids, making new friends, and absoluetly no family around is so hard! Thanks for sharing your blog and your hilarious tiktoks. Cant wait to read and see more!
Our “Remi” is now 33. We can breathe easier more often than just a few years ago, but still have our ups and downs. He is happily married to a beautiful young woman who loves him “warts and all”. She stole my heart the day she told me she was here to stay, when he was at a very low point.... about 7 years ago!
